Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation with the agreed price. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Optional add-ons purchased during the tour are paid separately at the listed attraction prices.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel 96 hours or more before departure: full refund.
• Cancel within 96 hours, or no-show: non-refundable.
• If we must cancel a tour (e.g., for safety), you receive a full refund or free rebooking — your choice.

Itineraries

Timings and stop order may be adjusted for traffic, weather, attraction hours or safety. Seasonal substitutions (such as Journey Behind the Falls replacing the boat cruise in winter) are made at no extra charge. On airport tours, returning you on time for your flight always takes priority over completing every stop.

Your responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time.
• Ensure you hold any documents required to travel within Canada (and to enter Canada, for airport tours).
• Children must be accompanied by an adult; please tell us ages in advance so we can fit car seats.

Liability

We operate with licensed, insured drivers and vehicles. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, border or attraction queues, or for items left in vehicles (though we'll always do our best to reunite you with them). Third-party attractions are operated under their own terms.
